Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and clearance of any outstanding wagering obligations on active bonuses. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of account closure are forfeited.
ph2345 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice where the breach is serious.
